Jasmine Dotiwala - Executive Producer & Manager, Media Trust
Jasmine Dotiwala is a multi-platform broadcaster who has worked within the television and music industry for over two decades. She started as a presenter on Channel 4’s The Word, then presented MTV News International, before Producing / Directing every MTV flagship show and finally taking the role of Head of Production at MTV Base / MTV Dance. Currently Head of Youth Media at Media Trust, Jasmine also fronts Arts & Culture reports onscreen on Channel 4 News and contributes as a writer to hip hop cultures oldest brand The Source and The Metro online. Jasmine has a weekly radio show showcasing ARTS & CULTURE on BBC Radio London 94.9FM every Thursday 8-10pm. Jasmine also sits on numerous Creative Arts industry committees prioritizing diversity and giving a voice to hidden communities.

Laura Lukanz - Head of Development, First Access Entertainment
Laura Lukanz is the Executive Vice President of Artist and Producer Development at First Access Entertainment, where she oversees the careers of developing artists and producers across their management, label and publishing roster. FAE is a multi-faceted, modern entertainment company centred around the ever-changing face of youth culture. It operates in all areas on entertainment, music, fashion, talent, brand, sports and creative rights ownership and management.
Prior to working at First Access Entertainment, Laura was the head of music for BBC Radio 1Xtra where she was an inaugural part of the team since its launch in 2002. Laura worked across Radio 1 and 1xtra music policy and sat on the Radio 1 playlist for 10 years. As head of music at BBC 1Xtra Laura successfully led and implemented the music strategy for the network, seeing it achieve record breaking million plus Rajar figures in the last quarter of 2013. Laura delivered the highest Rajar the station has achieved to date at 1.2million before she left the company to join Sarah Stennett and her team.
Laura's unwavering support for developing artists and consistent championing of good music has seen her build a reputation for being a great talent spotter and music curator. Many UK acts recognise Laura for being their first champion and supporter on UK national radio.
Laura’s passion for spotting, supporting and breaking new acts and commitment to new music is a major factor in her role at First Access Entertainment. Since she joined the company she has signed multiple acts across label, publishing and management.
Laura’s career in music began at age 15 as a DJ on pirate radio and clubs in her hometown of Manchester, she went on to study Music at University gaining a 1st class honours degree followed by a Masters whilst working at the BBC. Her importance within the British music industry was illustrated when she was included in The Guardian's Music Power 100 list in 2011, and further highlighted by the fact that she sat on the Association of Independent Music's judging panel for 5 years and as a judge for the Brits committee.
