In collaboration with City Splash, we’re kicking off with the launch of ‘The Break’, a new event series by iluvlive. Industry experts will be invited for an intimate chat to discuss topics and ways to break into the music business in detail. The Break is designed to inspire, educate, and empower while providing access to key industry professionals.

PRGRSHN lives where music and feeling meet. A multi-platinum instrumentalist, producer, and vocal producer, he’s helped shape milestone records for Stormzy, Angel, Burna Boy, Tiana Major9, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Sampha, NAO, WSTRN, and Wretch 32 to name a few, always blending raw emotion with a world-class sound. Known for crafting timeless records that connect across genres and generations. Always evolving, always pushing culture forward.

Tour Manager

Neicee Oakley is a Tour Manager, Show Producer, an all rounder of live production and an anchor for Musicians, Crew and Artists alike. She’s worked with some of musics most respected artists over a career nearing 10 years and has built a reputation for nurturing some of the best live teams in the business.

Neicee and business partner Kadeem Clarke now run Blk Kactus – a Live production company that works on Design, Musical Direction, Tour Management and everything in between. She has had a colourful career and found success in the live industry and is excited to empower the next generation of backstage talent, especially women as well as continuing to produce stand out live experiences.
