iluvlive Announces New Artist Development Cohort
iluvlive is proud to introduce the latest four artists joining the Artist Development programme.
Each artist brings a distinct creative identity and a strong sense of direction, from songwriting and production to live performance and visual storytelling. What connects them is a clear commitment to growth and a readiness to develop their craft at the next level.
Over the coming months, the roster will receive structured support across release strategy, marketing, live performance development and industry positioning. The focus is on long-term progression, building foundations that enable sustainable careers.
Our Artist Development Programme is designed to offer practical guidance, honest feedback and meaningful industry insight. Through tailored sessions, strategic planning and access to our wider network, we aim to support artists in strengthening both their creative output and professional approach.
Individual artist features will follow in the coming weeks, highlighting their work, influences and upcoming releases.
We are looking forward to what this next chapter will bring.
Check out the incredible talent:
JNR Williams
Born and raised in East London to Caribbean parents, JNR Williams grew up in a creative, music-filled household. From an early age he was drawn to R&B and the jazz his grandmother introduced him to, inspired by artists such as Louis Armstrong, Dinah Washington and Nina Simone, alongside contemporary voices including Frank Ocean, Tyler, The Creator, Nick Hakim and James Blake.
He has collaborated with respected artists including Celeste, Jungle, Theophilus London, Joy Crookes, MJ Cole, Loyle Carner, Kojey Radical, Swindle, Kay Young, Olivia Dean, Anaïs, Anushka and Moses Boyd. He also appears on chart-topping albums including Loyle Carner’s Hugo (Homerton), Jungle’s Volcano (Good at Breaking Hearts), Swindle’s New World (Lost) and Joy Crookes’s Juniper (Brave).
Persia Holder
With her blend of emotional pop and soulful storytelling, Persia Holder is part of a new wave of British artists redefining vulnerability.
Her debut EP I Didn’t Think You’d Hear This introduced a voice both powerful and deeply human - one that turns late-night thoughts into anthems. Persia writes songs that hold space for heartbreak, self-growth and the quiet moments in between.
Arno Sacco
Arno Sacco is a Belgian-born artist of Caribbean heritage whose rich, emotive voice and intimate songwriting have quickly made him a rising figure within the new wave of European R&B. Splitting his time between London, Amsterdam and Brussels/Antwerp, he has woven himself into the musical fabric of each city; finding community, inspiration, and collaborators across their local scenes.
His sophomore single, “Two Shots (Looking For Love),” written and produced alongside WAVSDNTDIE (Wretch 32) and Melozed (Yazmin Lacey, Obongjayar, Ego Ella May), arrives as an anti-rebound anthem—a quiet confession born from the haze of his first heartbreak. “Two Shots to me feels like that quiet ache after heartbreak. When the room’s spinning, your heart’s heavy, and you start mistaking touch for healing,” Arno shares.
Izzy Withers
At 19, British singer-songwriter Izzy Withers is a rising voice in UK music whose golden-hued blend of neo-soul and pop pairs tender emotion with captivating vocal delivery.
Her songs are rich with diary-like lyricism, reflecting the experiences of youth, independence, and self-discovery through heartfelt honesty and warmth.
