Apply To Be A Talent Selection Advisor

Objective:

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support iluvlive's Artist Development Programme, which receives an average of 800 applicants every six months. With a small team handling the day-to-day operations, additional support is crucial to maintain the quality and efficiency of our open call process.


Volunteer Role:

As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in our open-call process. Responsibilities are:

  • Assisting with the review and evaluation of artist applications

  • Communicating your feedback to the iluvlive team using our criteria process

Commitment:

We are flexible with the time you can dedicate, whether a few hours a week or more during our rollout (a four to six week period). Any support will be greatly appreciated and will make a significant impact. However, a minimum of 3 hours would make a helpful contribution.
