iluvlive is looking for a Social Media/Office Assistant
· Job Title: Social Media / Office Assistant
· Hours: 10- 6pm. This could be a 4 or 5 day a week role
· Remuneration: £18 -20K (upper limit will be for those working a 4 day week with more experience)
ILUVLIVE is a live music and artist development platform. We are a Not For Profit National Portfolio Organisation funded by Arts Council England and have been operating since 2004. Initially, a London based showcase, we supported Ed Sheeran, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Emeli Sande, Chip, Wretch 32, Ray Blk, Izzy Bizu Ella Mai, Lady Leshurr, Little Simz and Plan B to name but a few often on numerous occasions and years before they were signed. We currently run 30+ events a year across 3 -4 UK cities offering six events in London, Manchester and Birmingham and a range of iluvlive presents shows. Alongside this, we run an artist development programme, have a small record label and manage Izzy Bizu and Emmavie.
We are looking for a social media and office assistant to ensure our brand messages are communicated regularly and effectively and to assist with the smooth running of all things iluvlive. As a small team managing a lot, we need someone who is flexible and can assist in all areas of the business. You will be working Monday to Friday from 10pm- 6pm at our Tulse Hill offices with overtime required on event days. There is the possibility that this could be a four-day a week role or one day a week working from home.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing company social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other relevant platforms 
- Engaging in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms 
- Creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content 
- Optimizing content with paid for advertising 
- Creating content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation 
- Working as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns 
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects 
- Proposing new ideas and concepts for social media content 
- Working with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy 
- Writing and distributing e-newsletters to subscribers 
- Managing social media communications 
- Using timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits 
- Listing events on our website, Facebook, bands in town and ticket web 
- Blogging on our website blog 
- Assisting with event, artist development and general office admin 
Person specification:
Essential
· Regular user of social media platforms and passionate about music and the digital landscape
· Excellent attention to detail
· Quick to learn and adapt as required
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Highly motivated
· Flexible, hard working and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
· Excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Digitally and tech savvy
· Experience with Photoshop (able to edit artwork and create simple banners)
· Able to edit video’s on imovie and ideally final cut pro
· Great proof reader

· Music industry / media experience
Wages £18,000 -£20,000 per annum depending on experience, age and if this is a 4 or 5 day a week post.
