#NewMusic | Miraa May - Dark (EP)

Following her first appearance at this year’s Glastonbury and a release of her last single ‘Angles’ with JME, Miraa May is back with her latest EP ‘Dark’ which is out now on all online platforms. 

The release comprises of five new songs (with ‘Angles’ as a bonus track) with the themes of bad behaviour, deteriorating relationships, smoking, and her mental health. The EP also presents Miraa May’s sultry vocal combined with the diversified production of trap, soul and UK Garage flavours. 

Following her debut EP ‘The Beginning’ in 2014, the Algerian-born North Londoner gained her main slots at London Jazz House, Tate Modern, Shoreditch House and many other live shows across the UK. Then Tottenham songstress released her second EP ’N15’ in 2016 with a title honouring her home town. 

We were very grateful to be part of Miraa May’s musical journey after she had played at iluvlive in 2017. Check her out back in the days on our flashback video
