THE ARTIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME - In Partnership with Stellar Songs: Feb 24’ Open Call

iluvlive Continues Collaboration with Stellar Songs for the next round of its Artist Development Programme

iluvlive, the renowned platform for emerging talent, is thrilled to announce its continued partnership with Stellar Songs for the latest open call for its Artist Development Programme.

Launched in 2013, the iluvlive Artist Development Programme was established to propel artists' careers through the organisation’s extensive expertise, platform, and network. Building on the success of the programme in previous years, the 2024 programme will provide support and mentoring to two selected acts, each receiving £5000 worth of funding over 12 months. In addition, writing sessions and camps will also be provided to the chosen artists through Stellar Songs.

Managing Director of Stellar Songs, Shaurav D’Silva says: “Since joining forces with iluvlive in July 2023, the Artist Development Programme has been a huge success in helping discover new talent. With over 500 applications, it was a very challenging process to select 10 Artists that we wanted to help mentor and support to go to the next level.”

Shaurav also describes the successful outcomes as a result of the partnership; “While whittling down the applicants for the top 10, Janelle and Ella from our A&R team came across a fantastic singer/songwriter named Bandit. While we didn't select her for the programme, we reached further the relationship and have since gone on to publish her! Her latest release, "Jenny" is gaining much traction, and we see a bright future ahead for her.”

Managing Director of iluvlive, Lauren Louise Powell, echoes the excitement about the continued collaboration, stating, "We are grateful for the Stellar Songs team's continued support of the programme; success stories like Bandit joining the Stellar Songs family show this partnership has not only benefits our chosen artists but also provides amazing opportunities to applicants. Alongside this partnership, we are building a group of industry executives who will assist us in reviewing all applications, creating potential pathways for applicants with iluvlive, Stellar Songs and the wider music industry.”

Applications from Friday, 2nd February 2024, at 5 pm and close on 1st March 2024, at 5 pm.
