iluvlive Welcomes New Talent Selection Advisors for September 2025

iluvlive is delighted to introduce its newest cohort of Talent Selection Advisors (TSA), a dedicated group of volunteers supporting the September 2025 Artist Development Programme Open Call.

TSA’s plays a pivotal role in identifying and shaping the selection of two artists for the programme, helping maintain a rigorous, high-standard selection process.

Volunteering as a TSA offers hands-on experience in talent scouting, artist development, and the music industry. Along with perks such as complimentary tickets to iluvlive shows, support for their personal music projects, and access to key industry insights.

iluvlive is proud to welcome these passionate individuals, whose expertise, energy, and enthusiasm will help discover and nurture the next generation of UK musical talent.

The Sept 2025 TSA cohort includes: 

Luca Aureli - Founder of Unfiltered / A&R and Artist Manager of Hibachi / Events Assistant at Roundhouse and Live Nation.

Luca Aureli is a Professional Member of the Recording Academy (Class of 2025) with experience in A&R, playlisting, events, artist management, PR, and marketing. He is currently an Events Assistant at the Roundhouse and LiveNation, contributing to shows for artists including Olivia Dean and Beyoncé, and helping bring music and communities together.

Luca also manages Hibachi, an Afro/House/Hip Hop/Latin artist-producer, and is the founder of Unfiltered Showcase, a London platform connecting rising artists with audiences and industry professionals. He has collaborated with producers and songwriters linked to Dua Lipa, Burna Boy, Kehlani, H.E.R., and Anstlive, guiding artists toward creative opportunities

Andra Cee - PR / Creative Consultant. 

Over 5 years in the music industry, with a background in music journalism (former GRM Daily writer), A&R, and marketing. She develops new talent and creates educational content for independent artists. @_andra.cee | @onethreeprhouse.

Anastacia Gyasi - iluvlive Intern. 

As an intern at iluvlive, she’s had the opportunity to get involved in all areas of the organisation, including supporting the Artist Development Programme.

With a background in events, from live music shows and dance showcases to social spaces, she bring hands-on experience and a love for bringing people together through culture.

She holds a degree in Business Management and has been actively involved in the music scene since the age of 10, having worked on the radio, performed, and organised events.

Music has always been at the heart of what I do, and I’m passionate about contributing to platforms like iluvlive that champion Black British music and emerging talent.

Jonathan Homer - A&R & Artist Manager.

With over a decade of experience in both major and independent record labels, Johnathan has built a career that bridges creative strategy and label management. His background spans A&R and artist management, with his work consistently focused on nurturing talent and supporting long-term career growth. This dedication also inspired him to launch and curate a live music event in West London, providing a platform for emerging artists to connect with new audiences. Johnathan brings a deep understanding of the music industry and a proven track record of supporting artists at every stage of their journey.

Ashley Medina - Creative / iluvlive Intern.

Ashley Medina is an all-rounded creative dedicated to supporting and spotlighting UK talent. Over the last two years, she’s carved out a place in the music industry through artist development, social media strategy, tour managing, and hands-on work with community and cultural spaces like the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Her portfolio includes collaborations with Live Nation, Festival Republic, Cloud X, Spotlight First, Rhythm In Britain, and iluvlive, as well as international organisations. Ashley’s work centres on elevating artists and building culturally resonant moments that move the scene forward.

Domenica Simpson - Creative & Community Specialist

Domenica is a London-based professional with over 10 years’ experience in the creative and cultural sector, specialising in youth engagement, creative programme management, grant funding, and community arts. Throughout her career, she has championed young creatives and grassroots initiatives.

Previously at Youth Music, she played a key role in establishing the NextGen Community Programme, supporting emerging creatives through funding, paid freelance opportunities, and nationwide networking events that foster collaboration and community.

Estelle White – A&R Assistant, Universal Music.

Estelle is a multidisciplinary creative who’s passionate about all things music and championing musicians.

She currently works as an A&R Assistant at Universal Music, but also has experience in live events, touring, artist development and creative direction.

With a multifaceted approach to the industry, over the years Estelle has worked with platforms dedicated to showcasing a range of talent, including artists like Morgan Munroe, Lizzie Berchie, NSG, Loski and many more.
