These free, intimate sessions are designed specifically to give artists greater clarity on our process and provide practical tools to support long-term career growth.

Each workshop will:

  • Break down how our Artist Development process works, from application review to onboarding

  • Explain what we look for in strong applications

  • Provide practical guidance to strengthen future submissions

  • Equip you with skills that support sustainable career development

Whether you plan to reapply in July or are simply looking to better understand how to position yourself within the industry, these workshops are designed to give you meaningful, actionable insight.
